I'm sorry. I've gone here for many years and never once had any problems. They've always been pleasant with me and everything is within reach of the officewhere you don't need to travel outside of the office for anything which makes it amazing. The Doctor is full of knowledge including the staff, but today they added on a new Nurse which was very short tempered and didn't give me time to talk with my boyfriend who helps me collage answers since I have Epilepsy/short memory and this new Nurse continued to interrupt my boyfriend and I so I could answer her questions, telling me I was "inconsistent, then quickly leaving my exam room, returning and telling me I'd have to make another appointment later with a different Doctor." I was shocked because I'd never had an unpleasant experience there before and I wish for a different Nurse to attend me in the future. I tried apologizing that I wanted to answer her questions correctly but I only remembered how my accurate pain felt now compared to 3 months before, that I needed to ask my boyfriend. But she wouldn't allow me to talk. Just rude. I believe in politeness

I have to say that I had an amazing experience. I called the office to make a first time appointment for my mom and the young lady that made the appointment was extremely helpful and pleasant. The front office girl was amazing as well, probably the same young lady that made the appointment. Everyone is polite from the nurses, nurse practitioner that took the time to go over all her medications, explain the results from all the tests and procedures she had done at the hospital and listened to our concern. I didn’t feel rushed, Then we met Dr. Lewis and we had the same experience, he was polite, approachable and explained the best course of treatment for my mom. I been around many Dr’s offices for my parents and my self and I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor, nurse practitioner and the office team in general.

As a new patient, my experience with TLC Medical Group and Dr. Anthony Lewis was truly exceptional. From my first visit, I felt confident I was in the right place. Dr. Lewis took the time to listen carefully and address my medical concerns with genuine care and compassion. In a time when many physicians treat patients like numbers, Dr. Lewis stood out by treating me as a person—almost like family. Saw Dr. Lewis last Sept '25 for a routine exam. I mentioned in passing really that I'd been feeling wobbly, similar to vertigo. He sprang into action. His tech within minutes provided Dr. Lewis with ultra sound test results...a 70+/- blockage of my Carotid artery that provides blood flow (ie oxygen) to my brain. He referred me to a vascular surgeon whose MRA showed a 90%+/- blockage. He performed Carotid Stenosis surgery the next week, possibly saving my life. Thanks for listening doctors.

I was hospitalized several years ago, never met Dr Lewis, he came in to see me for several nights at 10:00 PM, I though a doctor devoted to his job like Dr Lewis I wanted as my full time Doctor. Been very pleased with him ever since he’s been treating me.
